I have worked with Pike Enterprises for carpet cleaning once every few months over the past 5 years for my own residence and for my rental properties. They do great work! When I’ve had to use other companies in between, they have never provided as good of service.

We’re a small property management company, and Pike have been cleaning our three story office building for almost five years. They do a thorough job of keeping all the offices, lobbies, and bathrooms spotless – we’ve yet to have tenant complain about the janitorial services! We also really appreciate a Pike supervisor carries out monthly inspections, and corrects problems promptly. We’ve also called Pike in an emergency (overflowing toilet), and they’ve had a team onsite within the hour to mop tiles and dry out carpets. We honestly wouldn’t use any other janitorial company.
