I manage three large school buildings and had contracted three previous companies before finding Pike Enterprises. They do what they say they are going to do and have maintained the same level of professionalism throughout their four years of service to my facilities. They are right there to provide that extra service for special events before, during, and afterwards to ensure the facilities are ready for normal business the next day. My buildings have never been cleaner and our student’s absenteeism has improved since they have been on-board.
I have worked with Pike Enterprises for carpet cleaning once every few months over the past 5 years for my own residence and for my rental properties. They do great work! When I’ve had to use other companies in between, they have never provided as good of service.
We’re a small property management company, and Pike have been cleaning our three story office building for almost five years. They do a thorough job of keeping all the offices, lobbies, and bathrooms spotless – we’ve yet to have tenant complain about the janitorial services! We also really appreciate a Pike supervisor carries out monthly inspections, and corrects problems promptly. We’ve also called Pike in an emergency (overflowing toilet), and they’ve had a team onsite within the hour to mop tiles and dry out carpets. We honestly wouldn’t use any other janitorial company.
